Pre Natal Zinc Deficiency Can Give 3 Year Old's Adrenal Burnout

If you thought that only adults get adrenal burnout, you'd be wrong because children as young as 3 years old now suffer with adrenal exhaustion?  Children today are being born with weak adrenals due to their parents’ nutritional deficiencies, weird thing is that this is not a genetic problem, instead, it's due to the nutritional imbalances of the mother, particularly when passed through the placenta to the unborn child. If the mother is zinc-deficient (which affects most adults mums today) the baby is born low in zinc and often high in copper, cadmium or other minerals that substitute for zinc to a degree. Hair analysis results are proving this new phenomenon and it seems to be getting worse.

The result is that by age three or four, zinc deficient kids are in burnout mode. They are often sick, depressed and have difficulty in school. Some of these children react to the situation by becoming hyperactive, compulsive obsessive or by developing various other behavior problems. Adrenal burnout in young children can be spotted early by checking for signs of fatigue and abnormal sleep patterns, excessive thirst or craving for sweet and salty foods.

Parents can correct adrenal burnout by nutrition balancing , though it is better to prevent it, of course.By gently rebuilding their body chemistry, ensuring correct diet and optimum nutritional supplement support, kids behavioral and other disorders generally vanish in a few months to a few years. So, what's the check list of nutrients needed for healthy adrenals? These include B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C and E, manganese, zinc, chromium, selenium and other trace elements.

Some Healthy Diet Tips; excessive carbohydrates can stress the adrenals, diets low in protein may also create deficiencies. Inadequate or poor quality water affects oxygenation of the tissues. Also, allergic reactions to foods such as wheat and dairy products can damage the intestines and reduce the absorption of nutrients.
