Beware of using Anti-Ageing Skincare In Your Twenties

Using heavy duty skincare creams and make up on young skin could be doing more harm than good. According to cosmetic surgeon Dr Marco Lens, in a recent article in The Style Magazine 'young women in their twenties are asking for more anti-ageing products than the skin needs'. The problem seems to be that many young people are taking products to remove and prevent wrinkles which don't exist, and using cosmetics harshly made to remove the skin outer layers when these layers are just fine. Young people wishing to use a non-invasive preventative anti-ageing treatment should consider improving skin from the inside out-by taking a natural collagen supplement, one of the best is  available from http:/www.age-defi.co.uk this will help give smoother skin, lubricate & moisturise and improve joint mobility. Let's not forget that women lose collagen at a rate of 1.5% per year from age 25 onward, so this advice makes real sense.

Drop A Few Pounds With Festive Season Fat Burner

Why wait to slim down after the festive season? You can buck the trend today and drop a few pounds around the tummy before hitting the gym in the New Year, thanks to a fat burning pill containing natural weight loss fruit extracts and nutrients. Weight loss studies have shown that on a 2000 calorie daily diet with gentle walking, supplements using highly bioavailable hydroxycitric acid (HCA-) in combination with niacin-bound chromium and a standardized Gymnema Sylvestre leaf extract lowered body weight and BMI by 6% in just a few weeks. The food supplement Vita Trim Pro™ on sale since 1995, has played a key role in helping thousands of people address metabolic issues critical to long term weight management; these include treating obesity problems which now affects almost 60% of the UK population including both young and old. However during the festive months many take it to helps lower carbs and sugar cravings, boosts calorie burning and turns body fat into proteins - they can lose weight without dieting during the Xmas holidays. Available in vege capsules, free from Ephedra and Caffeine, each contains over 60% HCA from the tamarind fruit Garcinia Cambogia, Chromium Poly Nicotinate, Gymnema Sylvestre leaf and L-Carnitine. Available from www.buzzhealth.co.uk cost £24.95 for 45 days’ supply.

Clinical Evidence

An 8-week, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study examined the efficacy of HCA in 54 mildly overweight subjects. The treatment group given a supplement containing Garcinia.Cambogia 500 mg 3 times a day lost an average weight of 11.14 lb. per person compared to 4.2 lb. from the control group. (Curr Genomics. 2008; 9 (4):239-251.)

In a 12-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 40 obese patients were treated with a combination supplement containing Garcinia.Cambogia 50 mg as well as a 1,200 calorie diet per day. Two tablets of the supplement were taken by mouth 3 times a day after meals. The treatment group attained a 3.5 kg weight loss versus 1.2 kg on placebo, and a more than 85% reduction in fat loss in body composition measurements. The majority of the active group participants did not follow the diet regimen. (. J Int Med Res 2000;28(5):229-233)

Aluminium in our Skies Is Causing Increase In Neuro Degenerative Disease

Aluminium in our Skies is causing increase in Neuro Degenerative Disease

The Internet is littered with stories of artificial clouds or “chemtrails” created as part of a global geoengineering program to combat “global warming”.  Unlike the familiar short contrails containing vapour which disappear quickly, chemtrails are extensive, quite broad, are laid in a definite patterns and are sprayed daily over our skies from hundreds of aircraft flying at high altitude. There is evidence that  tons of Nano sized aluminium compounds are being sprayed in the upper atmosphere,  it has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that Nano sized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminium.

The intranasal route of exposure makes spraying of massive amounts of Nano aluminium into the skies especially hazardous, as it will be inhaled by people of all ages, including babies and small children for many hours. We know that older people have the greatest reaction to this airborne aluminium. Steps need to be taken now to prevent an impending health disaster of enormous proportions if this project is not stopped immediately. Otherwise we will see an explosive increase in neurodegenerative diseases occurring in adults and the elderly in unprecedented rates as well as neurodevelopmental disorders in our children.

There are a number of powerful nutritional & diet tips that can offer potent weapons against aluminium toxicity. Circumin binds aluminium and neutralises the toxics effects. Vitamin C and Vitamin E along with B Vitamins neutralise the body’s inflammatory responses. Saffron also has good clinical evidence to prove it remove excess aluminium. Take the right type of essential fatty acids including unadulterated plant omega 6 & 3 oils (not fish oils) to help protect & support optimum brain health.

Pre Natal Zinc Deficiency Can Give 3 Year Old's Adrenal Burnout

If you thought that only adults get adrenal burnout, you'd be wrong because children as young as 3 years old now suffer with adrenal exhaustion?  Children today are being born with weak adrenals due to their parents’ nutritional deficiencies, weird thing is that this is not a genetic problem, instead, it's due to the nutritional imbalances of the mother, particularly when passed through the placenta to the unborn child. If the mother is zinc-deficient (which affects most adults mums today) the baby is born low in zinc and often high in copper, cadmium or other minerals that substitute for zinc to a degree. Hair analysis results are proving this new phenomenon and it seems to be getting worse.

The result is that by age three or four, zinc deficient kids are in burnout mode. They are often sick, depressed and have difficulty in school. Some of these children react to the situation by becoming hyperactive, compulsive obsessive or by developing various other behavior problems. Adrenal burnout in young children can be spotted early by checking for signs of fatigue and abnormal sleep patterns, excessive thirst or craving for sweet and salty foods.

Parents can correct adrenal burnout by nutrition balancing , though it is better to prevent it, of course.By gently rebuilding their body chemistry, ensuring correct diet and optimum nutritional supplement support, kids behavioral and other disorders generally vanish in a few months to a few years. So, what's the check list of nutrients needed for healthy adrenals? These include B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C and E, manganese, zinc, chromium, selenium and other trace elements.

Some Healthy Diet Tips; excessive carbohydrates can stress the adrenals, diets low in protein may also create deficiencies. Inadequate or poor quality water affects oxygenation of the tissues. Also, allergic reactions to foods such as wheat and dairy products can damage the intestines and reduce the absorption of nutrients.
